The Chef’s Table is an intimate experience for 8 guests, set in a showcased area of our dining room. The 5 (or more) course menu is designed by Chef Greg specifically for this event, with each course served & presented by him. The meal is created to fit the dietary needs & tastes of the party. Wine pairings for each course come from our extensive cellar, selected by our beverage director, Erin VonFeldt.
